1. HOW TO ENTER:  Go to www.sears.com/wardrobesweeps and complete and submit the Official Online Entry Form as directed. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am Central Standard Time (“CST”) on November 6, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on November 30, 2009.

2. ELIGIBILITY:  Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older excluding employees of Sears Holdings Management Corporation, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the families and/or household members of each of the above.

3. DRAWING:  Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about December 4, 2009. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  The Random Drawing will be conducted by Centra Marketing & Communications, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Winners do not need to be present at time of drawing. Winners will be contacted by email and U.S. Mail.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of one (1) $3,000 Apparel Gift Card designated by Sponsor. Actual Retail Value of Grand Prize: $3,000. Forty (40) Runner-Up Prizes: Each First Prize consists of one (1) $50 Apparel Gift Card designated by Sponsor. The actual retail value of each First Prize: $50. Total ARV of All Prizes: $5,000.  Limit one Prize per household.  In the event a prize is won by a minor, the prize will be awarded to winner’s parent or legal guardian who will be required to sign all required documents.

5. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable. Taxes on Prizes are sole responsibility of winners.  Winners of prizes valued over $600 will receive a 1099 IRS tax form at year end for the actual retail value of prize.  No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable.  Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (where permitted) within a time period designated by Sponsor, or Prize may be forfeited.  Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner(s) via the mailing address submitted at the time of entry.  If potential Winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification or any prize correspondence is returned as undeliverable, potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected from the remaining eligible entries received at Sponsors’ sole discretion.  By accepting a Prize, each winner consents to use of name and likeness for advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, each winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize of the promotion.

6. WINNERS’ LIST:  The list of the prize winners will be posted at www.sears.com/wardrobesweeps from December 18, 2009.
